Music Competition

The Musical Memory music competition is Ottawa’s first student-run competitive music concert, designed for young musicians ages 6–12. Participants will showcase their talents in piano and other instruments before a professional judge, with top performers receiving custom awards and prizes.

The event is more than a competition — it’s a celebration of music, community, and achievement. Each performer will:

Play in front of an audience and a qualified judge

Receive a ribbon for participation, with custom medals for the top three in each age category

Have the chance to win prizes sponsored by local businesses

All sponsors will be recognized, and every attendee will receive a loot bag filled with goodies. The concert fosters a supportive and inspiring environment for young musicians to grow, perform, and be celebrated for their dedication and skill.
