Musical Memory Music Competition

The Musical Memory Music Competition is Ottawa’s first student-run competitive concert, created for young musicians ages 6–13. This event gives participants the opportunity to perform piano and other instruments in front of a professional judge while gaining valuable performance experience.

More than just a competition, it is a celebration of music, community, and achievement.

Each participant will:

• Perform in front of a live audience and a qualified judge

• Receive a participation ribbon

• Compete for custom medals awarded to the top three performers in each age category

• Be eligible for prizes sponsored by local businesses

All sponsors will be recognized, and every attendee will receive a loot bag. The event is designed to create a supportive and inspiring environment where young musicians can build confidence, develop their skills, and be recognized for their hard work.

Prizes (same for each category)

• 1st Place: $75 + custom gold glass medal

• 2nd Place: $50 + custom silver glass medal

• 3rd Place: $25 + custom bronze glass medal
